We also do regular maintenance checks and perform minor maintenance work when necessary.
We communicate with your guests, update your calendar and manage your listing including prices and other important details. We apply pricing strategies, cancellation policies and discounts so that your daily rate is always at the highest possible rate and in proportion with your neighbourhood, the season and holidays. We will also coordinate with your cleaning and maintenance team.
We can build you a direct booking website and set up your Facebook & Instagram business account. Additional pages are able to be discussed. Included are:

Your home is thoroughly inspected and professional cleaned after each stay. We also provide bed and bath linen which is washed after every stay. We also have professionals to assist with minor repairs or maintenance work same day.
